Production Schedule and Pay

Shift hours: 4-Day work week with No Weekends!

2 paid 15 minute breaks and 1 unpaid half hour lunch.

Any overtime will be worked on Fridays as needed, 1.5 x pay.

1st Shift: Mondays-Thursdays 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

2nd Shift: Mondays-Thursdays 4:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.

Plant Structure:

General Production: Hold a position in a cell crew using hand and power tools to build and assemble wood components.

Starting Pay: (Eligible for increase every 6 months, up to .50)

1st shift Floor Line: $18.50/Hour

2nd Shift Floor Line: $20.50/Hour

1st Shift Roof and Wall Lines: $20.00/Hour

2nd Shift Roof and Wall Lines: $22.00/Hour

Production Lead: Working lead, running a cell, responsible for leading a crew of 3 to 5 people to achieve Safety, Quality and Productivity expectations

Pay:

1st Shift: $22.50/Hour to $26.50/Hour

2nd Shift: $24.5/Hour to $28.50/Hour

Product Line Supervisor Manages a product department, roof, floor or wall, responsible for managing all personnel assigned to that product line to achieve Safety, Quality and Productivity expectations. This is a salaried position.
